Several of these events require a sign up in advance so that we can collect the money, or make a deposit. We need to get the summer theatre tickets together at one time so that we can all sit together. When we announce a deadline, that is a deadline to sit with the rest of us in a group. If you cannot commit by the deadline, you can still go, if tickets are available, but you probably will not be able to sit with the rest of the group. We cannot wait until the week before the show to make reservations as most of these shows sell out.
