Team: Property

Purpose:  To be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all church property.

The Property leadership team seeks to ensure that all structures owned by the church are maintained in ways that make the property safe, usable, and attractive. The team makes periodic checks and repairs for all church-owned property and maintains the church grounds by using skilled personnel from within the congregation whenever possible.  There are also periodic workdays scheduled for the entire congregation.

The Property team also maintains the church bus and cooperates with the Human Services ministry team and user groups in securing qualified van drivers.

In 2008, the Property ministry team is led by Joe Payne.
