Third Time Wednesday Sign Up Form

This form must be received in the office by noon on Tuesday so our staff will know how much food to prepare for Wednesday evening.

After the 'Submit' button has been clicked, a second page will open showing the information you entered. Click the 'Continue >>' button to complete sending your information to the Third Presbyterian Church Office.
